Does it replace our website?
No. It is one link you put on your website, in your newsletter, and on a QR code. Most clubs embed the status board on their homepage too.
Who on our staff updates it?
Usually the greenkeeper or the pro shop. You get owner and editor roles, so you decide who can publish.
What if we change the course?
New bunkers, a rebuilt green, a re-routed hole — send us photos and we redraw that part. Living clubs get map revisions included.
Does it work with no signal?
Once a member has opened it, the map and the last-known status stay on their phone. It updates as soon as they have signal again.
Can we print the map?
Yes. Print-ready exports are included in both tiers — scorecards, clubhouse boards, tee signage, society packs.
